Job Summary

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit for a full-time permanent opportunity with excellent benefits, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

• Full-Time
• Day & Night Shifts Available
• Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: +$4.75/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $10,000 (Days)
  • $15,000 (Nights )
• Relocation Assistance Available (case-by-case)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and document care provided
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

• Active RN License (Compact License Accepted)
• ASN or Nursing Diploma Required
• BSN Preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• Acute Care RN Experience Required
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
