We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in an acute-care hospital environment. Nurses with MICU, SICU, or CSU experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly respond to changes in status.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and review test results.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Acute-care experience required
• MICU, SICU, and CSU experience will be considered
• Active Florida RN license or eligible compact RN license
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required ; BSN preferred
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and clinical skills
