Registered Nurse - ICU (Nights)

Location: Hudson, FL Area
Job Type: Full-Time - Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: $33 - $46/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Position Overview:


We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity critical care team. In this role, you'll assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to critically ill patients, ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment
• Administer medications and perform interventions according to physician orders
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatments, and medications
• Accurately maintain and update patient records, including lab and diagnostic results

Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or valid multi-state compact license (active Florida license required within 60 days of hire)
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Prior experience in an acute care setting is strongly required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) required; ACLS may be obtained within 6 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• PC literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Note: Candidates with experience in MICU, SICU, or CSU will be considered.
