Registered Nurse CVOR

$2325.60/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized cardiovascular surgical nursing care in a Level II Trauma Center. The RN CVOR will perform perioperative duties, assist during surgeries, and ensure patient safety throughout procedures. Responsibilities: Deliver preoperative and postoperative patient assessment and care. Operate as a scrub nurse during cardiovascular surgeries such as CABG and valve replacements. Monitor and respond to patient vital signs and physiological status during procedures. Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to OR safety protocols. Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety. Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently in the EMR system. Qualifications: Valid RN license and current clinical certification. Minimum of 5+ years of CVOR experience. Proven proficiency with Meditech EMR system. Ability to float to main OR as needed. Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills. Willingness to work 13-week travel assignments including every other weekend and holidays.
