Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a high-volume hospitality accounting team supporting multiple hotel properties. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable reviewing large volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of an Accounting Manager Review and audit 300-400+ invoices daily across multiple properties Verify vendor information, invoice coding, property allocations, and payment details Ensure invoice data processed through an AI-based platform is accurate and complete Assist with ACH, credit card, and check payment processing Support month-end close activities and invoice workflow management Maintain accuracy while meeting strict processing deadlines Required Qualifications Of An Accounting Manager 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Experience handling high-volume invoice processing and review Strong attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with accounting systems and AP workflows Basic Excel skills Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Of An Accounting Manager Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems Experience working with automated invoice processing platforms Required Industry Experience Hotel/Hospitality accounting experience is REQUIRED.
