Position Overview The Warehouse Associate II is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, kitting, and shipping customer orders while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role may also involve minor equipment operation and setup. Schedule Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Overtime and weekends may be required. Pay Transparency Starting pay: $20.60/hour + $2.00 shift differential In This Role, You Will: Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders Pack products according to standard work and compliance requirements Label, audit, and inspect orders prior to staging and shipping Pack both hazardous and non-hazardous materials per instructions Escalate inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team Restock supplies as needed Investigate aged or missing orders Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications Prior distribution or warehouse experience Bilingual skills are a plus Internal Applicants: Must not be on an active final warning Must be in current role for at least 6 months Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Use of hands for handling tools, materials, and equipment Ability to operate in a physically active environment Work Environment Exposure to moving equipment, temperature changes, and warehouse conditions Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection Occasional loud noise levels Why Join Hach? An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $20.60 - $20.60 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
