Accounts Receivable Specialist Are you a meticulous accounting professional with a passion for supporting a mission-driven organization? Randstad is partnering with a prominent non-profit client to find a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate has utilized a larger ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, SAP). This is a temporary position for 2-3 months. Salary: $27 - $30 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: Associate Responsibilities Process and reconcile center deposits / corporate deposits Perform tuition cash applications Process return checks and submit uncollectible tuitions to Collection Agency Perform collection on aged invoices Prepare and enter month-end Journal Entries / inter-company cross charges Journal Entries Distribute monthly reports to managers Reconcile some general ledger accounts and AR to GL Providing on-going supports to cost centres on various questions Support to periodic accounting audits and reviews Assist in documenting accounting policies and procedures.
