**Job Title: PCU/Stepdown • Registered Nurse • Days**

Join our team in Sylmar, California, as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Stepdown. Deliver exceptional care in a dynamic environment.

**Position Details:**

• **Shift:** Days, 36 hours/week, 8•week duration
• **Patient Ratios:** Compliant with CA State Law
• **Certifications:** AHA BLS, MAB/CPI, LA City Fire Card, Life Safety card (LA City)
• **License:** Active CA RN License
• **COVID Requirement:** Vaccinated and boosted

**Experience / Responsibilities:**

• 1+ year recent PCU experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting
• Provide intermediate care for post•surgery and serious condition patients
• Monitor telemetry, vital signs, and respond to condition changes
• Administer medications, IVs, and perform wound care
• Travel experience preferred; local travelers welcome
