Assist patients in improving daily living and functional skills. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and adaptive techniques. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations. Qualifications Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice. Home health experience preferred, but not required. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Strong communication and organizational skills.
