The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a multi-site operation, driving operational excellence, financial performance, customer service, and team development across the region.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who knows how to develop strong branch leaders, improve business performance, and turn strategy into action. You'll spend significant time in the field partnering with Branch Managers, teams, customers, and other business leaders.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and other branch leaders.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability across the region.
• Own regional P&L performance, including sales, gross margin, labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Review branch performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Partner with Branch Managers and Sales leaders to grow the business and strengthen customer relationships.
• Oversee branch operations, including inventory, receiving, shipping, delivery, fleet, facilities, and warehouse activities.
• Drive consistent processes, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with key customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in wholesale distribution, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
• 3+ years of multi-site leadership experience with responsibility for multiple locations and leaders.
• Proven experience leading Branch Managers or other people leaders.
• Experience leading large teams and driving performance across multiple functions.
• Strong financial and P&L management experience, including budgets, expenses, and operating metrics.
• A track record of improving sales, profitability, productivity, customer service, or operational performance.
• Wholesale distribution experience serving professional contractors strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building materials, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to use business and operational data to identify issues and drive action.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel regularly between branch locations.
