Compliance And Operations ManagerCompliance and Operations Manager needed now for hedge fund north of Boston with good business leadership skills. Ability to leverage interpersonal and time management skills to successfully manage accounts. Need to be energetic and goal oriented. Job as follows:Perform oversight of complianceKnowledge of standard policy and procedure experience preferred including the regulation of registered investment advisors, supervisors and other employeesCode of ethics experienceCompliance procedures related to email, marketing and advertising reviewCommunicate and implement firm operational and compliance guidelines.
