Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Primarily onsite position

Occasional travel based on project and operational needs

Job Summary

The Operations Specialist is a key member of the Operations team who partners with clinical and administrative leaders to drive operational excellence across more than 250 practice locations. This role leads and supports operational projects and strategic initiatives that improve workflows, enhances the patient and staff experience, and supports organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support operational projects and organization-wide initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and service excellence.
• Partner with clinical, administrative, and practice leaders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Serve as a trusted operational resource for more than 250 practice locations, providing guidance, problem-solving support, and answers to operational questions.
• Act as a liaison between practice teams and the central office, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
• Analyze operational data, develop resources and tools, and support the implementation of systems, programs, and best practices that improve performance and the overall patient and staff experience.

You'll have the opportunity to work independently while partnering with diverse teams to implement meaningful improvements that support both day-to-day operations and long-term organizational success.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher may be required within one year of start date.
3. Experience: Three years of progressive and relevant Healthcare experience required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Computer systems and EMR applications. Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $71,448.00 to $96,636.80 per year.


Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
