In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store employees, providing strategic direction, and implementing effective operational processes to deliver exceptional service. Must be able to lead a multi-revenue unit setup and ensure quality across several potential brands. As an operations manager you should treat all employees equally and utilize a positive attitude to develop a supportive work environment. You must ensure smooth day-to-day operations while exemplifying our mission and values to meet the needs of all customers. You will work closely with the operations management team here to maintain compliance regulations at your location and hold your employees accountable to high performance standards.ResponsibilitiesConsult with the operations management team frequently to provide updates and inquiriesWork closely with the Human Resources department to complete various tasksEnsure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectivelyMaintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulationsDevelop an organized schedule weekly to ensure adequate coverage of all shiftsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerResponsible for monitoring as well as taking action to ensure food quality service standards are metManage cash deposits and change orders through the bank accuratelyReview and approve invoicesProcess customer refunds and conduct customer receipt research through the POS system to minimize discrepanciesRegulate temperatures, judge appearance as well as taste of products, check preparation methods to define qualityConfirm employee's hours worked and process necessary time entry edits for payroll purposesRegulate tip sharing in the POS system to ensure fair distribution among employeesEnsure safe, responsible and legal serving of all alcoholic beveragesEnsure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance programEnsure stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, initiating orders, and retrieving suppliesMeet Daily with all brand and revenue leaders at your location and ensure everything is functioning to business needsQualificationsSuccessful experience managing staff and business operations in the Food and Beverage industryStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsUtilize a thoughtful approach to decision making and consider input from various sourcesAbility to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to pass a background checkMust be 18+ years of ageAbility to work a minimum of 50 hours per weekWork some weekends, evenings, and holidaysHave reliable transportation and ability to be punctualBenefits:Paid trainingPaid time off (PTO)Retirement 401kHealth, Dental and Vision offeredManagement bonus programCatering commissionThis is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
