Schedule

36 or 48 hours per week, primarily weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM and 11 AM to 11 PM with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Assignment Details

Independently performs vein harvesting for CABG procedures and assists with chest exposure and closing. Preferred experience includes assisting in DaVinci robotic cases and scrubbing and circulating complex cardiac cases.

Requirements

• 2 years of cardiac RNFA experience
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NYS RN license
• CNOR certification
• Telemetry experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures by providing first assist during cardiac surgeries
• Perform vein harvesting for CABG surgeries independently
• Support surgical team in complex cardiac procedures
• Participate in patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Ensure compliance with safety and organizational protocols
