Cardiac Or Rnfa
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac OR RNFA with strong experience in cardiac surgical procedures. This role requires the ability to assist with chest exposure, closing, and perform vein harvesting for CABGs. Additionally, familiarity with DaVinci robotic cases is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should also have experience in scrubbing and circulating complex cardiac cases, including CABGs, structural heart cases, minimally invasive procedures, and heart failure cases. Heart transplant experience is favored.
This is a 36 or 48-hour workweek position, primarily scheduled on weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM and 11 AM to 11 PM, with on-call responsibilities as needed by the unit.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- 2 years of cardiac RNFA experience
- NYS RN license (New York State ONLY)
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association ONLY)
- CNOR certification
- Telemetry experience
