• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:40 PM - 10:40 PM | $20.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:40 PM - 6:40 AM | $21.50/hour

What You'll Do

• Assemble small medical devices and surgical instruments using hand tools, fixtures, and precision equipment
• Work with small components requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Follow detailed work instructions, visual aids, process sheets, and quality procedures
• Perform inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet strict quality standards
• Package finished products according to medical industry specifications
• Complete quality checks on work-in-progress and finished products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain strict cleanliness standards within the cleanroom environment
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and contamination control procedures

Cleanroom Work Environment

This position is performed in a state-of-the-art cleanroom manufacturing environment designed to ensure the highest level of product quality and patient safety.
Employees will:

• Wear cleanroom gowns, hairnets, gloves, and other protective garments
• Follow strict cleanliness and contamination-control procedures
• Work in a temperature-controlled, organized environment
• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Be required to remove jewelry and avoid nail polish, artificial nails, and makeup in designated production areas
• Help manufacture products that directly impact patient care and healthcare outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small parts and precision tools such as tweezers and screwdrivers
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, food production, retail, hospitality, or cleanroom environments is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
