ACCOUNTING/PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Aspen Personnel Service has been hired by a well-established, locally owned manufacturing company to help them find an experienced, career-minded Accounting/Purchasing Assistant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts receivable
• Invoicing
• Posting to and pulling inventory reports
• Tracking inventory and managing all purchasing
• General accounting support
• Miscellaneous office and administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years of bookkeeping and purchasing experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with Sage MAS 90 accounting software preferred
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Mature, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Pleasant attitude with a strong work ethic

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

COMPENSATION

• $26-$32 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
