Key Responsibilities of the NICU RN

• Provide high-quality care in a Level III Neonatal ICU setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Utilize neonatal equipment proficiently
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR

Requirements of the NICU RN

• NRP certification required
• Stable and NIC-RNC preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level III or higher NICU environment
