Patient Concierge

Description Our Patient Concierge will be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of the front desk. Primary duties include providing exemplary customer service while scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phones and emails and directing patients and all inquiries appropriately. The Patient Concierge works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team as well as with other departments and employees. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with rotating weekends 8:00a.m - 12:00Pm, and holidays. Job Duties: Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing assistance to patients as appropriate while ensuring a seamless flow of communication between the laboratory, onsite physician, and staff, in accordance with patient care and privacy standards. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and physician referrals. Welcome and assist visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Maintain and update medical charts, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality. Interview patients and assist with the completion of insurance, registration, and privacy-related documentation. Support daily office operations by performing additional duties, special projects, and tasks as assigned.
