If after reading the job posting you feel you are qualified and interested in this role, we invite you to apply for this amazing opportunity.Pay Range: LPN starting rate is $30/hr before shift differentialsShift: 7:00pm - 7:00am - PRN / As neededEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions, as applicableMedication administration Knowledge and delivery of detox protocolsComplete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocolProvide medication education to clientsCoordinate and support Medical providers with assessments and medication management appointmentsMaintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundariesOther duties as assigned.Licenses & Certifications:Licensed Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.Current BLS cardPyramid CORE Values:We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
