Award winning Briskets BBQ Shack in Oviedo, FL (Won the Orlando Sentinel Critics Choice Best BBQ in Central Florida Award for 2024 and other awards) is looking for one full time and one part time experienced food prep person to join our strong team.
We are located on 298 Geneva Dr. and serve ole-fashioned smoked meats and homemade sides and desserts. Our ideal candidate is has FOOD PREP EXPERIENCE self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. We are currently open 10am to 7pm Mon- Fri and 10am - 6pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays. The prep shift starts usually at 7:30am and occasionally slightly earlier if we have a catering event early but that is a bit rare.

Responsibilities
- Set up and break down workstation
- Prepping all hot side foods for restaurant and catering services.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Weigh and measure ingredients to be used.
Qualifications
- Experience working in BOH position
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
