This role sets enterprise-aligned direction across acute, ambulatory, and population health services, advancing clinical quality, patient safety, experience, and financial sustainability. This role builds strategic relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, governing boards, and community partners to strengthen access and coordinated care. As the top executive for the facility, the role ensures alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.Education Master's Level Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field Experience 7 years of progressive leadership expereince in an Acute Care, In-Patient Hospital Setting We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $421,491.20 - $493,209.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
