About the job In this role, you'll lead day-to-day operations for facilities and engineering services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance and support across the site. You’ll manage vendor relationships, oversee frontline teams, and drive compliance, training, and performance that align with client expectations and operational goals. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management. What you’ll bring Proven experience in facilities management, engineering services, or related operational environments. Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and performance development. Technical expertise in building systems, maintenance procedures, and compliance standards. Effectively coordinate and manage external vendors and contractors on-site. Organizational and communication skills to oversee operations and align with client expectations.
