Supply Chain ERP Key User (Cambridge)

Join Septodont as a Supply Chain ERP Key User, driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in a 12-month contract. Work onsite in Cambridge, Ontario from Monday to Friday. In this role, you will ensure the successful application of the ERP system in the Sales Forecast to Production Planning process. You'll be at the forefront of data preparation and user training, collaborating with cross-functional teams to document standard operating procedures and support end-users effectively. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with industry-leading professionals. Key Responsibilities Ensure data quality during ERP implementation. Assist in writing and executing test scripts. Create training materials and support documentation. Conduct training sessions for operational users. Analyze Supply Chain KPIs and develop monitoring tools. Requirements Minimum of 2 years in planning or supply chain roles. Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing. APICS certification is a plus.
