The Front Office Representative supports the day-to-day operations of the flight school by providing reception, scheduling, phone, visitor, and administrative support. This role interacts frequently with flight students, flight instructors, visitors and vendors, and aircraft renters. The position pays $12 per hour for a targeted 30–40 hours per week and does not include benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception services for flight students, instructors, visitors, vendors, and aircraft renters.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist visitors and provide general front office support.
• Manage all school scheduling using shared calendars and spreadsheets.
• Maintain paper and digital records accurately.
• Provide general administrative support for flight school operations.
• Prepare and organize documents and administrative materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in front office administration.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, calendar management, data entry, and phone systems.
• Strong organization, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
