Gill Hauling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support for our customers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

* Provide accurate product and service information

* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

* Maintain customer records and update account information

* Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns

* Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

? Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software

? Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

? High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
