Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation

You will be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Rehabilitation Unit at our 295‑bed facility in Somerset, Kentucky. Commitment Bonus $20,000 for a two‑year commitment. How you’ll contribute Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Maintains reliable attendance and performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Kentucky. BCLS required; ACLS, PALS preferred.
