User Experience Designer

About the Role We are looking for a UX Designer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team and work on an external client-facing project . This role is ideal for someone who is confident working in B2B, SaaS, and AI-driven product environments , and can translate complex business and user needs into clear, practical, and effective design solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in user research, business understanding, synthesis, and solution design , along with a good eye for UI quality and usability . We are looking for someone who is also fluent in using AI tools as part of their design process and has enough front-end context to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and design solutions with implementation in mind. This person will collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and external client stakeholders to shape thoughtful and effective user experiences. Key Responsibilities Support UX design efforts for an external project from discovery through solution definition Conduct and support user research, stakeholder discussions, and business analysis Synthesize research findings, business needs, and technical constraints into actionable design directions Translate ideas, workflows, and requirements into intuitive and scalable product experiences Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs where needed Use AI tools effectively within the design process to accelerate exploration, thinking, communication, and delivery Design with an understanding of front-end feasibility, interaction behavior, and implementation realities Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and client stakeholders Participate in design discussions and help align teams around user experience decisions Balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities to shape practical solutions Contribute to overall usability, consistency, and experience quality across the product Apply strong UX thinking while also bringing good UI judgment to ensure polished outcomes Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in UX Design , preferably in B2B and SaaS environments Experience working on complex product ecosystems and solving workflow-based problems Strong skills in user research, business research, synthesis, and problem framing Ability to convert abstract ideas and requirements into clear design solutions Fluency in using AI tools to support design workflows , from research and ideation to content, prototyping, and iteration Working knowledge of front-end concepts such as responsive design, component-based systems, interaction patterns, and implementation constraints Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders/clients Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in cross-functional and client-facing settings Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent Ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and contribute to design clarity Good to Have Experience working on AI-enabled products or features Strong UI design sensibility and attention to interaction detail Familiarity with design systems and how designs translate into front-end development Experience presenting work to external clients and incorporating feedback effectively Familiarity with enterprise workflows, data-heavy applications, or operational products What We’re Looking For A designer who can think strategically and execute effectively Someone comfortable owning their work and collaborating across teams A strong collaborator who can work across functions and communicate confidently with external clients A problem solver who can connect research, business goals, and design outcomes into meaningful product experiences A designer who can thoughtfully incorporate AI into their workflow and create solutions that are grounded in real-world implementation Why Join Optym Work on high-impact problems for global clients.
