This position's primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.*CCU (Cardiac Care Unit) is a 12-bed high-level intermediate care unit that specializes in caring for cardiac and vascular patients before and after interventional procedures and surgeries such as cardiac catheterizations, coronary bypass surgery, carotid surgery, and peripheral vascular surgery. CCU also cares for congestive heart failure and arrhythmia patients. We do bedside transesophageal echocardiograms and cardioversions, remove chest tubes and central lines, and so much more.**Our team is a close-knit family of strong nurses and patient care technicians who deliver the best patient experience possible and have fun together in the process.
