Director of Cross Channel Engagement

Driving the evolution of marketing tactics, the full-time remote Director of Cross Channel Engagement will manage cross-functional partnerships to enhance brand strategy execution, optimize content deployment, and implement new processes and tools. Key responsibilities Collaborate with brand marketing teams to coordinate customer capabilities and optimize execution across channels Lead weekly interactions with channel operations teams to uncover insights and expand capability utilization Educate teams on new self-service tools and document best practices to enhance content capabilities Required qualifications Doctorate degree and 4 years, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience in marketing, content strategy, or engagement operations 10+ years of experience in content operations, digital marketing, or cross-channel engagement preferred Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a proven record of cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with content effectiveness metrics and performance KPIs Experience in developing executional playbooks and navigating regulated industries is a plus
