Admissions Support Associate

Job Summary The Admissions Support Associate will interface with Admissions Officers and provide administrative and coordination support to the Admissions Operations department. Responsibilities Enter data including student inquiries and applications into the Admissions Information System. Review incoming student applications for accuracy and route them to appropriate accounts. Admit and matriculate prospective students and follow up with Admissions Officers when needed. Review files of new student applicants for completeness and upload completed files to the document management system. Complete role‑specific training. Perform weekend and evening hours as required. Other duties as assigned. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of ABOA students’ information and perform appropriate follow‑ups. Outreach to students and other institutions regarding basis documentation. Travel occasionally as business need arises (usually rare). Qualifications At least one year of administrative or coordinator experience. Two years of college education required. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated. Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant. Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available. Compensation & Benefits Expected starting pay: $19.23 per hour.
