Support Associate - Chico's

Position Overview Support Associate – responsible for supporting a customer- and product-focused sales culture where core principles guide all store operations. Tasks include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Key Responsibilities Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space. Meriandise new products promptly. Enter receiving documents into the system and reconcile merchandise invoices. Complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely. Process visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner; properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Alert store management to cash supply needs. Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement. Help maintain boutique cleanliness and organization. Customer Experience Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles for a cohesive omni‑channel experience. Teamwork and Growth Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving. Seek personal developmental opportunities and readily solicit feedback. Other Duties Other duties as assigned, which may vary by brand. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous stock or cashier experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Able to learn and adapt to company technology. Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing. Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines. Ability to demonstrate teamwork. Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired. Communication with customers, associates, and management; wear/communicate with headset. Regular attendance essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required. Physical Requirements Constant walking/standing – 67‑100% of an 8‑hour shift. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1‑33% of an 8‑hour shift. Frequent climbing – 34‑66% of an 8‑hour shift.
