Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager - Data Centers I’m working with a leading electrical contractor delivering major hyperscale data center projects across North Carolina and South Carolina, providing full electrical construction delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of large-scale electrical packages, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives are achieved. Manage project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost control, procurement, change management, productivity tracking, and risk mitigation. Coordinate the installation of medium and low-voltage electrical systems, switchgear, bus duct, generators, UPS systems, cable tray, structured cabling support, and associated mission-critical infrastructure. Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, design teams, trade partners, and hyperscale clients. Ideal Background: Project Manager experience with a leading Electrical Contractor delivering large-scale mission-critical projects. Proven experience managing electrical packages valued at $50M+ through all phases of delivery. Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, contract management, change orders, and field operations. Experience leading large field teams and coordinating with General Contractors and multiple trade partners. Strong leadership, communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
