Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Southgate | Carneys Point, NJ $46–$51/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Southgate. This full-time opportunity is a great fit for a therapist who enjoys helping residents rebuild strength, improve mobility, and work toward greater independence through individualized rehabilitation.
