Property Condition Assessor — Regional Travel & Reports
The Vertex Companies, Inc.
The Vertex Companies, Inc. is seeking a Property Condition Assessor to join our team in Houston, TX. You will apply engineering and construction expertise to assess building conditions, write reports, and educate clients across the region. Travel will be required to support multiple project sites. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering/Architecture/Construction, OSHA certifications, and experience with ASTM E2018 and energy audits.
