Job Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts) Pay Rate: $2,209.00 – $2,276.00 per 8‑hour shift Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including patient assessment, individualized treatment planning, documentation, and patient education. Work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain high ethical standards.
