Travel Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $2,260 per week

Job Description A travel Physical Therapist assigned to Casa Grande, Arizona. This assignment begins 05/25/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, involving 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Provide direct patient care and evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer treatment programs with goals determined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document the patient’s condition, and educate patients and families on treatment methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with a completed NPTEL or equivalent certification. Graduated from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be actively in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification.
