We are looking for a friendly, dependable, energetic Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk team member to join our busy chiropractic office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable interacting with approximately 50–70 patients per day , and can stay organized while handling several responsibilities at once.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Helping keep the office and patient flow running smoothly
• Cleaning and resetting treatment rooms between patients
• Assisting with general front-desk and office duties
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients

Previous medical or front-office experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person with strong customer-service, communication, computer, and organizational skills.

Position details:

• Full-time
• $17–$18 per hour - 36 hour work week
• Monday through Thursday
• Three-day weekends
• Paid vacation and holidays
• 3% matching IRA

We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and willing to stay active throughout the workday.
