We are extremely proud of our legacy of excellence and constantly work to fulfill our mission to "protect people, enhance lives, and preserve the planet."The primary purpose of this seasonal role is to start in our industry leading pest management services for residential customers.Key Performance IndicatorsMiss RateStart RateCustomer RetentionPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry pointsApply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standardsEducate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment. Provide advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working conditionAdhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocolsDrive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle (we provide routine maintenance)Communicate effectively daily with Branch Leadership to ensure all customer appointments are completed as scheduledCANDIDATE SUMMARYRequired:Related experience and/or training in the pest management industryMust posses a valid driver's license from state of residence.Required Leadership Traits and CharacteristicsCustomer ServiceManaging SelfFormal Education, Qualifications or Training: High School GEDWhy Choose Us?A career with the Rentokil family of companies can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
