Associate Brand Manager, Emergen-C

Job Overview As a member of the Marketing team at Haleon, you will plan, implement, analyze, and optimize promotion marketing activities such as in‑store displays, FSIs, dFSIs, Shelf Talk, review generation, and sampling. You will lead continuous improvement, identify sales lift opportunities, and drive key activities for the Emergen‑C Brand. Responsibilities Execute brand restage strategy aligned with business and market trends. Oversee commercialization, including launch readiness and distribution planning. Manage and update digital commerce content to enhance online presence and consumer engagement. Assist in masterbrand campaign development, collaborating cross‑functionally for brand consistency. Implement new visual brand language across shopper, advertising, and digital platforms. Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to execute brand initiatives seamlessly. Develop, plan, and execute media strategies integrated into brand planning cycles. Location and Work Model Warren, NJ. Hybrid model: on‑site presence 3 days per week. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in Consumer Products or Pharmaceutical. Preferred Qualifications MBA. Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Experience managing vendors/Agencies. Prior experience in revenue growth management, route‑to‑market planning & analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, profit & loss analysis, brand portfolio management, or new‑item launch commercialization. Compensation $115,765 – $144,706 USD base salary + bonus.
