I spent 13 years as a police officer before transitioning into the auto industry, where I finished as a general manager for Hyundai. While working as a used car manager, State Farm initially recruited me, and five years later I reached back out, ready to make the shift into agency ownership. I wanted the opportunity to build my own business, create my own culture, and invest in people the same way I always had as a leader. Our team currently includes two members, and we're focused on growing the right way. I attended the University of Cincinnati for criminal justice before entering the police academy, and I'm married with three daughters who keep life busy and full. I'm a huge sports fan - especially when it comes to the Bengals - and I stay involved locally as a member of the chamber of commerce. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
