Marketing Assistant

Amplify is hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our sales team in the Queen City - Charlotte, NC. If you are an excellent communicator, thrive in team environments, and want to help create marketing campaigns with real impact, As a Marketing Assistant you'll be on the front lines of sales campaign execution, ensuring that our customer growth continues to boom through 2026 and beyond. Marketing Assistant is a dynamic role. Daily responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant will include: Marketing presentations with potential customers Plan, organize and execute successful marketing events Customer acquisition Use campaign analytics to inform sales strategies Marketing presentations and demonstrations that ignite customer interest Account setup, acquisition and follow-up Strategic sales Collaborating others to help ensure team goals are met or exceeded Sparking conversations about products Engage new and existing customers Customer account management Ensure campaign quality standards are met Marketing Assistant Candidate Qualifications: Great communication skills, including clear presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities. Able to use analytical skills to gather insights, interpret data, and inform campaign strategies. Sales skills to support customer acquisition Team player mindset; coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure organized sales campaign execution. Experiential marketing experience is a plus. Relevant experience or field of study is helpful in this position Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Raleigh, NC, adapt to fast-paced environments, and maintain a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach Strategic sales skills Amplify is proudly located in the Charlotte-University City area.
