Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Engage directly with prospective customers to generate interest in products and services. Present product and service information clearly and professionally. Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and marketing activities. Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients. Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities. Support customer questions and provide helpful product information. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
