Beverage Lead

Job Summary The purpose of this position is to lead the daily beverage operations team, overseeing overall quality, safety, and employee performance in the assigned area. The Beverage Lead works daily with staff to ensure efficient work performance through training, coaching, developing, and correcting employee behavior. This leadership role directs the work of all hourly staff and is responsible for the overall performance of the department. Compensation: $25 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience. Requirements Implement GMP & Safety. Maintain a safe environment and support a safety culture. Maintain a Food Safety environment and support a quality culture. Create and maintain a professional working environment. Maintain materials and product within product specifications. Meet expected operational goals and numbers. Support maintenance and keep machines operating and clean. Maintain the area in a clean and organized manner. Responsibilities Shift start: assign everyone to their workstation, pass down schedule, and set daily tasks. Send OEE % emails as required. Monitor breaks & lunches, ensuring all employees take their breaks. Verify and initial shift paperwork as required. Shift end: address safety & quality concerns; reconcile paperwork, materials used, and quality issues. Own and participate in personal development. Perform any work as assigned. Qualifications Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and perform multiplication and division with tens and hundreds. Perform calculations using units of weight, volume, and distance. Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and moving up to 25 pounds. Exposure to outside weather conditions and extreme cold may occur. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Provide presentations and lead meetings as required. Work effectively within a team environment and with external partners. Self‑motivated with strong impact in an unstructured environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Education & Experience GED or high school diploma; one to two years of related experience operating production machines.
