Senior IT Business Analyst

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior IT Business Analyst. Do you have experience leading end-to-end requirements gathering, working across SDLC phases, and bridging business and IT stakeholders? What You Will Be Doing You will serve as a key liaison between business and IT teams, driving clarity and alignment across complex, enterprise-level initiatives. This role involves owning requirements from discovery through delivery, documenting system interactions and data flows, and supporting modernization and integration efforts within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle: discovery, analysis, documentation, validation, and maintenance Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements Document system interactions, integrations, workflows, and data flows Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders Support all phases of SDLC, including testing and post-implementation activities Facilitate meetings such as stakeholder discussions, standups, and status updates Conduct root cause analysis and support issue investigation Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and strategic initiatives Manage multiple workstreams while adhering to timelines and deliverables Promote security best practices in all aspects of work Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Software Analyst, or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and stakeholder communication Experience documenting complex business processes and system designs Familiarity with integration and functional testing Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail in documentation and analysis Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience facilitating meetings, standups, and reporting progress Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience with Agile or hybrid software development methodologies Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems SQL or data analysis experience Pay $38.50 – $55.00/hr.
