Preferred Skills Clinical Supervisor Pathway: Associate Clinical Supervisor → Clinical Supervisor → Senior Clinical Supervisor Clinical Director Pathway: Associate Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Senior Clinical Director Operations Pathway: Associate Director of Clinical Operations → Director of Clinical Operations → Senior Director of Clinical Operations Pay range and compensation package Total compensation, base salary, and bonus structure vary by location and role level. Base Salary: $80,000 – $97,000 (varies by location and experience level) Performance Bonus (paid monthly): $7,000 – $18,000 per year for Clinical Supervisor roles; center-based leadership roles currently earn $10,400 – $20,800, with the ability to build up to $41,600 Total Annual Compensation: Up to $110,000 for Clinical Supervisor roles, with higher earning potential in center-based leadership positions Stockbridge offers both Clinical Supervisor ($80,000 – $85,000, ideal for newer BCBAs) and Senior Clinical Supervisor ($85,000 – $92,000, for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience) levels based on experience.
