Intake / Call Center Representative (Hybrid) - Doral, FL (33172) Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search for an Intake / Call Center Representative located near the Doral area (ZIP Code 33172). This is a long-term temporary assignment offering a hybrid schedule , with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely . The client provides all necessary equipment, including a computer and headset. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: SW Miami / Doral Area (33172) Assignment Type: Long-Term Temporary Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Training: First 3 weeks must be completed onsite, Monday-Friday Job Overview In this role, you will work in a call center environment assisting elderly individuals by providing information and guidance regarding available government assistance programs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service.
