Overseeing and managing key strategic projects, the full-time Project Management Manager will lead complex initiatives from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and execute complex projects with significant business impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Develop and implement project management processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and accountability Manage stakeholder relationships by providing regular reports and updates on project progress and risks Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in project management or leading change initiatives, preferably in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management Proficiency in project management and agile software development methodologies Strategic mindset with the ability to translate broad visions into actionable plans Experience working with cross-functional teams to address complex project challenges Strong executive reporting and presentation skills for clear communication of project insights
