Project Manager - Operations

Construction and general contractor project accountants, I have a GREAT role for you! Our hyper-growth client is looking to add to their team in September. This position is 4 days/week onsite and 1 day/week remote. The appeal of this role is the ownership of responsibilities. You will be a high impact project accountant responsible for a multitude of mission critical items. AP, AR, general accounting, and even some certified payroll. If you have worked in a construction company or general contractor in the past, you will easily understand this role.Please apply today!Responsibilities:• Oversee financial and administrative activities for assigned projects.• Prepare monthly client billing packages.• Review subcontractor invoices, purchase-related documents, and payment requests.• Track committed costs against project expenses and investigate discrepancies.• Support the continued improvement and optimization of Procore.
