Procurement Manager

Managing end-to-end purchasing strategy and execution, the full-time Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing of ingredients and packaging, manage supplier performance, and drive cost-saving initiatives in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Owns strategic and tactical sourcing of ingredients and packaging while managing contract manufacturers and suppliers Identifies and executes cost savings opportunities and partners with Finance on budgeting and variance analysis Monitors supply risks and develops contingency plans to ensure production continuity Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing in a CPG environment Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and procurement reporting tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Ability to travel approximately 15%
